Who was a 2013 “Jeopardy!” contestant? Britta Waller Melton. But she also leads a team of content creators working on multi-channel programs and projects for Wells Fargo. Nearing the 20-year mark in her professional career, Britta pairs a magazine editor’s training with a marketer’s quest for results. She’s most excited about working on programs where content strategy underpins the creative direction. Intricate content matrices? They’re a thing of beauty. Messaging guidelines and persona cards? She loves them. Britta graduated from Northwestern University’s Medill School of Journalism, and then returned to the classroom mid-career to complete graduate work at the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill in technology and communications. Her work has garnered regional and national awards from the Custom Content Council, Folio: and Women in Communications, among others.
